Boy, oh boy. Everyone said "as you get closer to the wedding, things are going to get busier." They never told me that it was non-wedding stuff! If my life was simply preparing for a wedding, no sweat.

Tuxes picked out? Check. Groomsmen contacted? Check. Picture guy? Check. Videographer? Check. (Or should I say Chuck, right bud?) Cruise tickets? Check. Invitation addresses? Check. These are not difficult things; they are a proverbial walk in the park.

But what's the deal with senior videos, school promo videos, school websites, Apple Powerschool, static IP addresses, Powerpoint templates, spastic Toshiba printers with lousy support, antifreeze in the windshield wiper fluid (no comments please), canker sores, benevolent pro-bono work, blurry digital cameras, postponed banquets, howling wind and a sinus infection?! Does the question mark go first or the exclamation point? There's a snake in my boot!

Breathe in. Breathe out. Cough a few times. Lay the head back down on the desk only to realize that I've got to go fix a computer virus and worry about the one in my own mouth.
