we had an example like this in my grad class last semester, and it was really interesting! =)

there was another one i thought was wild - a rendition of a child's story written as a it might be seen by a person with a learning disability.

Oh yeah! We had a teacher education day and we did an excercise just like that. It was amazing how disorienting missing and misplaced letters can be! Talk about an eye opener.

20 January 20054. Kristina:

Is that what you were trying to show me today? That is funny.

20 January 20055. Jessica Clum:

Yay for spelling not being important. I knew it all along, it just took a while for everone else to catch on!!

20 January 20056. JDG:

Oh no. Not sure this English teacher thought through all the ramifications of posting something like this. Alright, you can misspell, so long as the first and last letter are correct, how 'bout that? :-P
